Q: Why is my potential customer seeing a 404 page not found error message when visiting the link to my order form page?
A: The page was in draft mode. To resolve a similar issue go to Pages > All Pages > Drafts tab >Find your Order Form page > Edit > Publish. Your Order Form will then be live for your customers to make a purchase.
