Warning: this tool is not intended be used during normal operation. It makes direct changes to the AccessAlly records and should only be used in the following situations:
- Merging existing contacts (for non-Infusionsoft CRMs): Merging duplicate contacts will remove one of the contacts in the CRM system. If the removed contact is linked to an order / subscription in AccessAlly, you can use this tool to change the contact ID to the one that was kept. When integrated with Infusionsoft, please use AccessAlly -> User Management -> Merge User instead, which will update the contact ID automatically.
- Delete existing contact: if a contact is accidentally deleted in the CRM, you can use this tool to change the existing order(s) / subscription(s) to the newly created replacement contact.
